Adding a password requirement for recipients before they can view an envelope is an effective way to enhance security and safeguard confidential information. When this feature is enabled, the recipient will be prompted to enter a password of your choosing to access the envelope's contents.
Require password authentication
To enable password authentication, click on Options on the right-hand side of the recipient and select Require password.
Then, enter a password that you wish to use and click Save. You'll need to share the password with the recipient so they can access the envelope.
Afterwards, complete and send the envelope as you normally would.
When the recipient receives the envelope, they'll be prompted to enter the password before they can view the envelope.
