Secure your envelopes with an extra layer of protection by enabling two-factor authentication. When this feature is enabled, recipients will receive an authentication code via SMS, which they need to enter to access the envelope.
Enable two-factor authentication
To enable two-factor authentication, click on Options on the right hand side of the recipient and select Require two-factor.
Then, enter the recipient's mobile number where the authentication code will be sent, and click Save.
💡 Please note that text messages sent through Annature are billed in accordance with the subscriber agreement.
💡 When two-factor authentication is enabled, sending the envelope through SMS won't be an available option.
