      Set reminders on your schedule

      Put follow up on auto-pilot!

      Administrators can easily set up automatic reminders in the settings for any in-progress envelopes and ID verification requests. 🔔 Customise your reminder schedule by selecting the number of days between reminders and the total number of reminders to be sent to your clients.

      📅 Schedule reminders to be sent only during business hours and even via SMS if a mobile number is provided.

      🔧 Head to Settings > Automatic Reminders to set up your personalised reminder schedule.
