Connect Xero Practice Manager with Annature

🚨 The integration with Xero Practice Manager can only be connected by the owner of the Annature account.

To connect Xero Practice Manager, go to Settings and click Integrations.

Next, Click Connect under Xero Practice Manager

You'll be redirected to your Xero Practice Manager account. Log in to your account if you aren't logged in already.

Finally, you will be prompted to allow Annature access to your Xero Practice Manager account. Simply click on Allow access to complete the connection.

Once connected, Xero Practice Manager will be added to the dashboard's left-hand menu.

This is where you can access all your Xero Practice Manager clients and view any envelopes or identity verifications associated with them.

How does Annature's integration with Xero Practice Manager work?

You can import your Xero Practice Manager clients to your Annature address book by going to Settings > Integrations > Xero > Import Data > Continue.

🚨 Clients imported from Xero Practice Manager will be shared with all accounts in your organisation.

Once your clients are imported, Annature will automatically check Xero Practice Manager for new and updated entries every hour, and will automatically sync them to your Annature address book.

Although Annature pulls your Xero Practice Manager clients into your address book, we recommend using the Xero Practice Manager integration page instead to view your clients and create envelopes and identity verification for them.

To access the integration page, simply click on Xero Practice Manager in the left-hand menu.

This page provides a live feed of your Xero Practice Manager clients, which is more up-to-date than the address book that syncs with Xero Practice Manager every hour.

πŸ’‘ To ensure that your client information is consistent and up to date, we recommend making any changes to your clients directly in Xero Practice Manager. These changes will be synced to Annature automatically.

Making changes to your clients in Annature will not be pushed to Xero Practice Manager and may be overwritten by Xero Practice Manager if you make changes there.

From here, you can easily create envelopes and identity verification for your Xero Practice Manager clients within Annature.

Creating envelopes and identity verification on the Xero Practice Manager integration page will ensure that they will be properly synced to your Xero Practice Manager account.
