Your signatures

Save your default signature, initials and stamp.

If you have an Annature account, you can save your default signature, initials and stamp for when signing envelopes you receive via email, the 'sign now' button, or My inbox.

How to save your default signatures

1. Go to your Account

Navigate to your account settings. You can access this by clicking the person icon in the top right hand corner of Annature, then 'My account'.

2. Locate your signatures

Scroll down to 'Your signatures'. Here you can save your default signature, initials and stamp.

3. Adopt, draw or upload your defaults

Select create then choose your default. For signatures and initials, you can select a font, draw a signature or upload a picture from your computer. If you are setting your default stamp, you will need to upload a picture in either .png or .jpeg format.
