XPM Troubleshooting

If you receive an error stating 'you don't have access to connect any Xero Practice Manager accounts', you will need to login to XPM and allow connection to third-party add-ons.
Follow the steps below to enable this settings.

Navigate to Xero Practice Manager, and select the 'Settings' option underneath the Business dropdown.
Select 'Staff'.
Find the staff member linking XPM with Annature and select 'Edit staff details'.
Go to 'Permissions', then 'Practice Administration" and enable 'Connect third-party add-ons'.
You should now be able to connect XPM with Annature and Allow access to your XPM data.
