Why did my recipient's link to their envelope expire?

All envelope links are set to expire 7 days after it's been sent.

However, if a link in the email has expired, the recipient can request a new email by clicking on the Email me a new link button. By doing so, Annature will promptly send a fresh envelope link for recipients to access and view. There are no actions required by the sender.
