What is a certificate of completion?
A Certificate of Completion verifies the successful completion of a digital signing process. It serves as proof that all parties involved have signed the document and that the signing workflow is complete. The certificate includes essential details such as the names of signatories, document titles, and timestamps.
The Certificate of Completion provides legal assurance, acting as evidence of compliance with legal requirements. It offers transparency by providing a clear record of the signing process, and it serves as a permanent record for future reference. To access a Certificate of Completion in Annature, log in to your account, navigate to a completed envelope via the dashboard, under the actions dropdown select download documents and look for the option to download the certificate. This document ensures the integrity and trustworthiness of your processes by providing a verifiable record of the signing event.
