What happens to a deleted user’s envelopes and verifications?
All data stays in your account.
If a team member is deactivated, any in-progress envelopes & ID requests remain active and there are no changes to completed envelopes.
You will still retain visibility over who sent an envelope or ID request, no matter if a team member is active or not.
You can also filter by deactivated team members on the dashboard.
