Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for team members
Your team members can enable two-factor authentication using Google Authenticator or MS Authenticator when logging into their Annature account. This adds an extra layer of security, ensuring that even if someone obtains their password, they cannot access the account without the additional authentication code.
To set this up, navigate to Annature account dashboard or click on the profile icon and select My Account.
Scroll down to the Security section and enable Two-factor authentication.
The team member needs to download the chosen authenticator app, scan the QR code provided in the Annature account settings, and follow the prompts to complete the setup process.
