Notification of Change to Annature for eSigning
From [XX/XX/XX], will be using the Annature platform to send and collect eSignatures from our clients. Annature is Australia’s leading eSignature and ID verification platform, with security being at the forefront of its development, as evidenced by its ISO 27001 certification.
This change means that when you receive a document (envelope) from us to sign, it may look slightly different. Please see the simple steps below on how to sign an envelope and what to expect in our communications.
1.Email Notification:
When we send you an envelope to review and sign, it will come from noreply@annature.com.au.
2.Access the Envelope:
Click the "Review documents" button in the email or copy and paste the link into your browser.
3.Review and Sign:
Upon arrival at the signing session, you will be prompted to review the documents or decline the envelope. Select "Click to begin," and Annature will guide you through each required field, which may involve entering text, making a selection, or providing your signature.
4.Complete the Process:
Once all required fields are completed, select "Finish signing" to end your session.
5.Confirmation:
The sender will receive a notification, and you will receive an email confirmation for your records.
Mobile Notifications and 2FA:
We may use your mobile number to send a link to sign or for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your envelope. These messages will be sent from ‘Annature’.
If you have any questions or concerns about the legitimacy of an email, please call our office on [XXXXXXXX] or email us at [XXXXXXXX] before proceeding.
Thank you for your continued support during this transition.
Take care.
