Customising your dashboard view
You can change your dashboard view based on your preferences.
Click the gear icon on the right-hand side to change the page settings: Simple dashboard, Compact recipients, and Show envelope labels.
The Simple dashboard option removes recipients' names from the page results. This is useful for users who don't need to manage recipients directly and prefer a more streamlined interface.
The Compact Recipients option removes pending, completed, and carbon-copy recipients from the page results. It focuses on recipients that require immediate attention, helping users quickly identify actionable items, such as recipients who still need to take action on a document. This improves efficiency and task management.
The option Show envelope labels displays all applied labels on an envelope. Displaying labels on the page results provides additional context or categorisation for the documents
Overall, these settings enable you to customise the dashboard according to your specific workflow and preferences, thereby improving usability and productivity.
