In today's fast-paced world, it's crucial to identify yourself promptly when communicating with your clients.

Text messages sent from Annature use a word as the sender ID instead of a number. By default, envelopes are sent from 'Annature,' but this can be customised to anything under 11 characters, see the below example.

There is no charge for changing the sender ID. To set this up, contact your account manager or email hello@annature.com.au.

By default, the Organisation name (or group name) shows at the start of every SMS message.
We can also update this wording, and even remove the link entirely. Contact Annature support for more information.
