Customising your envelope preferences

You can customise your envelope preferences to change what your recipients see and how they interact with envelopes they receive.

To do this, go to Settings and click on Envelope preferences.

From there, just toggle the preferences you want to apply to your organisation account.

• Turn off prompt for location access when recipients open an envelope: Disable location access prompts for recipients when they open an envelope.

• Require recipients to provide a reason when declining to sign an envelope: Recipients must provide a reason for declining to sign. The reason will be shown in the email notification and also in the Audit log.

• Require recipients to adopt a signature using the "draw" method: Recipients can only 'draw' their signature when adopting a signature.

• Show the adopt signature using the "draw" method by default: The 'draw' method will be shown as the first option when adopting a signature. Recipients will still be able to select other methods.
