      Share a template

      Sharing a template is possible in Annature. This is helpful if you want your team members in the same group to use the template you created.

      Go to Templates and click Open on the template you want to share.

      Scroll down to section 4. Template details. Here, you can select which group the template will be shared with.

      💡 Toggle on the option to share with all accounts in your organisation if desired.

      Toggle on Share envelopes sent using this template with the sender's group to automatically share envelopes sent using your template. 

      Click Save template to save your changes.
