Purge/destroy sensitive information

Once your client has completed the verification request, you can purge the data to securely destroy the sensitive information. This ensures compliance with data protection regulations and minimises the risk of unauthorised access.

Open the verification request. Click on Actions and select Purge Verification.

A dialog box will appear, notifying you that permanently deleted data cannot be recovered. Click Continue to proceed.
