Information we sync to Worksorted

 

When an envelope has been created via the Worksorted integration dashboard, once it has been completed it will be added as a note against your contact. You can preview and download it directly from Worksorted.


Sync status

If an envelope was created via the Worksorted Dashboard, you will notice a banner with the option to View details.

This will provide you with details including the client ID, a link to open them directly in Worksorted, document details and the sync status of the envelope.

If the note in Worksorted has been deleted or there was an issue with the sync, you can force sync the envelope from Annature which will create the note in Worksorted again.
