To begin, you access the identity verification option and enter the client's details, such as their name, email address, and phone number. If necessary, you can also select a group to apply its branding to the verification process. An optional feature allows you to require a selfie from the client by enabling the biometrics check.
Once the verification is created, the client receives an email and a text message with instructions. They click the link in the email to start the verification process, which begins with receiving an authentication code via SMS. The client enters the code, provides their personal information, and selects their ID type (passport or driver's licence).
The client then grants permission for data usage and camera access, and proceeds to take photos of their ID. The process ensures accuracy by guiding the user to align their ID correctly and offering the option to upload images.
