Envelope and recipient statuses

Throughout an envelope's lifecycle, it's status and recipients will change to reflect its current stage.

This allows you to easily keep track of the progress of each envelope and take appropriate actions based on its status.

Envelopes Statuses

Draft - Envelopes that have been created but are yet to be sent.
In Progress - Envelopes that have been sent but are not yet completed by the recipients.
Completed - Envelopes that have been completed by the recipients.
Voided - Envelopes that were voided after being sent.

Recipient Statuses

Pending - a signing order has been set, and your recipient has not received the envelope yet.
In Progress - your recipient has received the envelope but has not yet signed.
Completed - your recipient has completed the envelope
Failed - there was an issue sending the envelope, see notes.

You can view toggle the simple dashboard off to view these at a glance from the dashboard.
