      Enable Identity Verification add-ons

      Enable enhanced verification checks and the option to collect TFN & Bank details during an Identity Verification request

      You have the option to enable add-ons for Identity Verification, which provide industry-specific behavior and enhanced functionality.

      To do this, go to Settings and click Add-ons. Then, click Enable next to the add-ons that you want to use.

      • Enhanced verification checks - Enabling this allows you to conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) checks on verified individuals.

      • TFN & Bank details - Enabling the add-ons provides a secure way to collect individual tax file numbers and bank account details during an identity verification request.
