Set a data retention policy

You can set a data retention policy to automatically delete completed and voided envelopes after a specific period of time.
To configure this, navigate to Settings and select Data retention.

Enable the data retention policy by toggling the switch and specify the number of days you want the envelopes to be stored before deletion.


For instance, if you set a retention period of 14 days, any completed or voided envelopes will be retained in your account for 14 days and then permanently deleted.

🚨 Please note that once the envelopes are deleted, they cannot be restored.
