Delete a team member

You can deactivate a team member's account by going to Settings and clicking on Team members. Then, click Open beside the team member account you wish to deactivate.


Then, click Deactivate in the upper right-hand corner.


Envelopes sent by a deactivated account that are currently in progress can still be completed by recipients. To complete the deactivation, click Confirm.


Restore a deactivated account

Similar to deactivating a team member's account, you can restore a deactivated account by going to Settings > Team members and clicking Open beside the team member you wish to restore.

Then, click Restore in the upper right-hand corner.
