Declining an envelope

If there's an error on the envelope, you can still decline it.

Please open the email from Annature and click on the option Review documents. 

Next, click Decline and provide your reason for declining it.

In case you've already clicked Review documents, you can still decline the envelope by clicking Actions > Decline envelope.
