Check email history

Track all emails sent from your account, including their delivery status, opens, clicks, and bounces.

The email history feature lets you keep track of all emails sent from your account. You can see whether an email was successfully delivered, opened by the recipient, clicked on, or if it bounced (failed to reach the recipient). This helps you monitor your email activity and ensure important messages are being received.

 

To get started, go to Settings and select Email History.


There, you'll see a list of client email addresses, along with the status of each email (delivered or failed) and the time the envelope was sent.


Clicking Open lets you view the timeline of email activities, including delivery status, recipient interactions (such as opens and clicks), and any issues encountered during sending.

You can also use the Search bar to find a specific email address. Simply type the email address and press Enter.


To refine your email history view, use the Filters dropdown. You can filter by status (Sent or Failed) and specify a date range using the From Date and To Date fields to display emails within a particular period.
