Certificate of Completion preferences

You can modify your envelope preferences to specify the information displayed on the certificate of completion.

To do this, navigate to Settings and select Envelope Preferences.

From there, simply toggle the preferences that best suit your organisation:

• Redact all but the last three digits of recipient mobile numbers from the certificate of completion.
• Redact recipient email addresses, mobile numbers, and IP addresses from the certificate of completion.

This allows you to control the level of information visibility on your certificates while maintaining privacy standards.
