Can I (sender) sign before the envalope goes to my clients?

Yes - you would use a signing order

A signing order can be enabled to route how the envelope is sent out.

For example, you/the sender would be number 1, with your recipient number 2.

Your recipient won't receive the envelope until you have completed and signed.
