Can I remove a recipient if their signature is no longer needed?

If an envelope has only one recipient and has already been sent, you'll need to void the envelope.

However, if there are multiple recipients in an envelope, you can easily remove a recipient who doesn't need to sign anymore.

Just open the envelope on your dashboard, click Actions beside the recipient, and select Remove recipient.

The envelope will be marked as completed if the remaining recipients have already signed or completed their required actions.
