Apply markers to your template name
If you are using templates regularly, you can use a placeholder or 'mere-field' in your templates name. For example, sending a contract to a new employee, can automatically add the recipients name in the envelope name.
1. Go to Templates and click Open the template you'd like to edit.
2. Your placeholder will be determined by the recipient's role, {% raw %}{{rolename_name}}
.
In my case, I'm using {{newemployee_name}}
because the recipient's role is New Employee. If your role contains multiple words, ensure there is no space and all letters are in lowercase format.

3. Hit Save template.
Now, when you use your template through Use template or Quick send, your recipient's name will be added to your Envelope name.
