Annature can scan Annual statements and add an additional button to pay via AusPost Billpay.
The Annual statement payments add-on can be enabled in settings.
Once enabled and added to an envelope, an additional 'Pay now' button appears alongside the 'Review envelopes button' to direct your client to the AusPost Billpay website with details pre-filled.
How to use:
To enable the add-on, go to settings > add-ons then enable Annual statement payments.
Now that the add-on is enabled, when sending a new envelope, you will notice a new ASIC symbol to the right of each document, press this button on an Annual statement to get started.
Press scan document, and wait for the details to be detected. The information pricked up from your document will show in the pop-up, press 'confirm details' to continue.
Proceed preparing you envelope like normal.
Once sent, your recipient will receive an additional 'Pay $XX" button.
Once clicked, they will be taken the the AusPost Billpay site with details pre-filled ready to make payment.
