Add a message template when sending an envelope

Once you have uploaded the documents and added the recipients along with their signature fields, scroll down to the 4. Review the envelope section.

Select the message template you want to apply from the Use a message template dropdown.

Before sending your envelope, check the Email preview to review the content of your message to your recipients.

Once you’re ready, click Send envelope at the bottom. This will create and send the envelope to its recipients and will change the status of the envelope to “In Progress”.
