      Access an envelope with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enforced

      To access an envelope, an organisation may prompt you to authenticate through your mobile number. Follow these steps to access an envelope with SMS authentication enabled.

      Please open the email from Annature and click on the option Review documents.


      Click Send code and go to the text message you received on your phone.


      Copy the six-digit code. Then return to the page, enter the code and click Continue.

      Once confirmed, you can now review and sign the document.
