How do groups work?

Groups within Annature's platform serve as essential tools for managing team organisation and controlling access to specific envelopes within user accounts. Designed primarily for organisations with diverse departments or teams, groups streamline administrative tasks and enhance operational efficiency.

By utilising groups, administrators can categorise team members effectively, ensuring each department or team has tailored access permissions and distinct branding where necessary. This feature simplifies the management of envelope access, making it easier to maintain security protocols while promoting collaboration within defined groups.

Groups can also be assigned individual branding and business details, as well as multiple brands and identities, all within a single account. If group branding or details aren’t provided, the system will default to the organisation’s details.
