Sign documents seamlessly with Annature through email or SMS. Receive instant notifications, review, sign, and get email confirmations.

Receive and sign envelopes through email

Please open the email from Annature and click on the option Review documents.

You'll be redirected to the envelope and will have the option to review the document or decline it. For now, click Review document to proceed.

Once you have reviewed the document, you can click the Click to begin button on the upper right-hand to start signing.

The page will automatically jump to the next required field to complete the document. In this case, you'll be redirected to the Signature field. Click the Signature field to proceed.

You as a recipient have the flexibility to sign the document using various methods. You can choose from premade signatures based on your name, draw your signature using your mouse pointer, or upload an image of your signature.

After finalising your preferred signature settings for document placement, simply click Adopt signature to complete the process.

Now, let's shift focus and explore the process of receiving and signing envelopes through SMS.

Receive and sign envelopes through SMS

Go to the text message you've received on your phone and click the link.

You'll be redirected to a mobile version of the envelope. Similar to the email experience, click Review document to proceed.

Once you finished reviewing the document, you can click Begin on the upper right-hand to start signing. Then, click on the signature field.

You will have similar signing options for the document as you do when signing via Email. However, instead of uploading an image of your signature, you can take a photo of your signature instead of using your phone's camera.

For now, select a premade signature or try drawing your signature using your phone's touch screen. Then, click Adopt signature.

The signature you've adopted will be shown on the signature field in the document. Click Finish on the upper right corner of the page to complete the document.

You will then see a message confirming that the document has been completed. You will also receive a copy of the completed envelope through email.

You'll also receive an email notification once the envelope has been signed. The signed documents and a certificate of completion, which contains important transaction details, will be attached to this email.
